This is a single-day, done-for-you service that includes hands-on support, herbal therapies, and traditional practices to help you rest, reset, and return to yourself. 🌿What’s Included: Virtual consultation to review your needs, preferences, and safety practices Traditional belly binding or faja session Guided womb steaming session with a custom herbal blend to support postpartum healing and womb restoration Traditional herbal bath in a prepared, calming environment (includes space preparation and soothing playlist) 3-day herbal decoction tea prepared for internal nourishment Postpartum nourishment: warm, mineral-rich bone or vegetable broth Mini postpartum care guidance for rest, hydration, and womb integration 15-minute virtual follow-up session for continued support and questions Service Details: Duration: Approximately 4 hours 📍 Service Area: Duval County (Jacksonville, FL). Additional travel fees apply outside this area. ⚠️Important Information: This service is not recommended during pregnancy, menstruation, or with active infections. It is intended for postpartum support and is not meant to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. Intake form and consultation are required prior to service ⚠️Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
