My offerings include: Free Consultation (virtual session) Postpartum Services Agreement Completing errands Cooking/meal prepping Lighting house cleaning Educational family support Baby care, safety, & feeding support Downloadable postpartum handouts/online resources/weekly emails Postpartum care for the Birthing Person: nutrition, lactation education, womb wellness, cesarean healing tips & more Personalized herbal sitz baths, warming womb steams, energetic steams, & postpartum teas. + Postpartum Reflection (virtual session) Please note: Offerings reflect the number of booked hours. If adding a Placenta Encapsulation Service, a discount may be applicable.
