Cancellation Policy
Consultations are required prior to booking a service. The first consultation is free and will be conducted offered via video chat. I do not accept consultations by phone unless you are a returning client. Please complete the required Intake Form before your scheduled time. This form will be sent via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give at least 24 hoursโ notice so the slot can be offered to another family. Please note that a rescheduling fee of $25 does apply for all missed/no show consultations. A consultation does not guarantee services will be provided.
