This is a 4-week, in-home support service that combines practical assistance, herbal care, and personalized sessions to help you feel supported, rested, and restored. 🌿What’s Included: Virtual consultation to review your needs, preferences, and safety practices Weekly 2-hour in-home sessions tailored to your postpartum needs (4 total visits) Light newborn care support as needed during visits Light household support (laundry and dishes) Traditional belly binding/faja session Downloadable postpartum e-guide Personalized nourishment, including soups, broths, and herbal teas Guided womb steaming sessions with a custom herbal blend Ongoing text or email support throughout the 4-week period Traditional herbal bath in a prepared, calming environment (includes space preparation and soothing playlist) Virtual follow-up session during week 5 for continued support and integration Service Details: 📆Duration: 4 weeks (plus follow-up support) 📍 Service Area: Duval County (Jacksonville, FL). Intake form and consultation are required prior to service. ⚠️ Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
